2. Eligibility
This promotion is open to all Australian residents over the age of 26 years, with a clinically recognised hearing loss as determined by a hearing healthcare professional (“Eligible Clients”), that purchase hearing aids from the Eligible Device list provided at clause 3 (“Eligible Device”), from Audika Australia between 20 July 2026 and 06 September 2026 (“Promotional Period”). Proof of eligibility may be required.

3. Promotion Mechanics
Eligible Clients that purchase an Eligible Device during the Promotional Period will receive a discount off the list price of their hearing aid model as outlined in clause 3. The discount will be applied at the point of sale. The discount cannot be applied retrospectively to purchases made before the commencement of the Promotional Period.

The promotion excludes

1. any devices not listed in the Eligible Device list in clause 3.
2. chargers and other accessories and Ultimate Care.  

DVA clients with prior financial approval from the Department of Veterans Affairs & Workcover clients or persons receiving fully subsidised devices under the Australian Government Hearing Services Program are excluded from the definition of Eligible Clients.

6. Additional 

1. Your hearing healthcare professional will discuss the most appropriate technology level and style to suit your individual needs at your consultation. The availability of a specific device is subject to clinical suitability as determined by your hearing healthcare professional.

2. Discount not available in conjunction with any other discount or bonus offer.  

3. This product is not available for purchase by the general public without a consultation with a hearing healthcare professional.

4. The discount provided under this promotion will be applied to the out-of-pocket spend for clients, after any subsidies under the Australian Government Hearing Services Program or private health benefits are applied. Conditions apply under the Australian Government Hearing Services Program.

5. Stock Availability 

This promotion is available while stocks last. 

6. Reservation of Rights 

Audika reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend this promotion at any time without notice, subject to any applicable laws. In the event of any dispute regarding this promotion, the decision of Audika is final.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including any consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with this promotion will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

A hearing test is performed by an accredited audiologist or audiometrist and consists of the following steps:

1. Discussing hearing concerns, medical history, and lifestyle factors
2. Physical ear examination – Your Audika hearing expert will conduct a visual exam of your ears to understand if there are any medical explanations for your hearing loss.
3. Comprehensive hearing test – Which includes a series of tests – such as tone, speech, and word tests.
