
How to order online
- Fill out the online ordering form at the top of the page. Scroll below to see what products can be ordered online.
- An Audika Customer Service Representative will call you to confirm your order and ensure that the batteries and / or domes will be suitable for your hearing aid type.
- If not covered by a current Maintenance Agreement or private care plan, our Audika Customer Service Representative will process your credit card payment.
- Your order will be sent to the address of your choice.

Hearing aid batteries
* If not covered by a current Maintenance Agreement or private care plan (such as Ultimate Care).
Please note a worn-out battery should be removed immediately and disposed of accordingly. Remember that batteries and hearing aids should be kept out of reach of children and pets. If you suspect someone has swallowed or inserted a hearing aid battery, immediately call the 24-hour National Poisons Centre on 0800 764 766.

An Audika Customer Service Representative will make sure that the batteries you receive are suitable for your hearing aids. You just have to explain what hearing aids you use or what batteries you use.

In many cases the costs of batteries will be covered by a Batteries and Maintenance contract or a private care plan such as Ultimate Care. Your Audika Customer Service Representative will be able to determine for you if you are covered. If payment is required the Audika Customer Service Representative will take a credit card payment over the phone when discussing the correct batteries required for your hearing aid.
