2. Eligibility
This promotion is open to Australian residents aged 26 years or older, who have a clinically recognised hearing loss as determined by a hearing healthcare professional (“Eligible Clients”), and who purchase hearing aid/s from the Eligible Device list provided at clause 4 (“Eligible Device”), from Audika Australia between 2 November 2026 and 30 November 2026 (“Promotional Period”). Proof of eligibility may be required.
The promotional discount is available only where the client has an out-of-pocket cost expense. Where hearing device/s are fully funded by a third party, including but not limited to DVA, NDIS, WorkCover or fully subsidised by the Australian Government Hearing Services Program, no promotional discount will apply.
3. Promotion Mechanics
Eligible Clients that purchase an Eligible Device during the Promotional Period will receive a discount off the list price of their hearing aid model as outlined in clause 4 and where purchased with the Eligible Device, the charger is also discounted. The discount will be applied at the point of sale. The discount cannot be applied retrospectively to purchases made before the commencement of the Promotional Period. If any poster, flyer or other printed promotional material states that chargers are excluded from the discount, that statement is superseded by this clause 3 and the discount applies to the charger.

5. Exclusions
The promotion excludes
- any devices not listed in the Eligible Device list in clause 4.
- Where a device is presented with a bundled price inclusive of a charger and/or Aftercare Plus, the 20% discount applies only to the device component of that bundled price. The device and non-discounted components will be itemised separately prior to purchase.
6. Additional
- This product is not available for purchase by the general public without a consultation with a hearing healthcare professional.
- Your hearing healthcare professional will discuss the most appropriate technology level and style to suit your individual needs at your consultation. The availability of a specific device is subject to clinical suitability as determined by your hearing healthcare professional.
- Discount not available in conjunction with any other discount or bonus offer. Where eligible, Australian Government Hearing Services Program subsidies will be applied first, with the promotional discount then applied to the remaining out-of-pocket cost. Conditions apply under the Australian Government Hearing Services Program.
- Stock Availability
This promotion is available while stocks last.
- Reservation of Rights
Audika reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend this promotion at any time without notice, subject to any applicable laws. In the event of any dispute regarding this promotion, the decision of Audika is final.
- Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including any consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.
- Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with this promotion will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
