Terms & Conditions

Monday 3 November – Tuesday 2 December 2025 

1. This promotion is open to all Australians over the age of 26 years. You must have a clinically recognised hearing loss to purchase hearing aids (“Eligible Clients”).   

2. To receive the promotion, Eligible Clients must:  ​ 

   a) book a hearing check at an Audika clinic in Australia between Monday 3 November and Tuesday 2 December 2025 (“Promotional Period”). 

   b) attend their hearing check appointment; and 

c) purchase hearing aids from the Optimal or Premium ranges ("Eligible Devices") from Audika. ​ 

​3. For the avoidance of doubt, all steps set out above must be completed before 31 December 2025 for the Eligible Client to receive the promotion. ​

 4. Eligible Clients that complete each step in clauses 2 and 3 abovewill receive the following discounts:​ 

  • Up to 30% off the package price (hearing aids plus charger, where applicable); 

  • For Oticon Intent 1 and Intent 2 hearing aids: 25% off the listed price of the hearing aids, plus a complimentary charger valued at $550, equating to a total saving of 30%; 

  •  For other devices in the Optimal and Premium category: 25% off the device price (complimentary charger not included, as these devices are not rechargeable). 

    •   

    6.  The promotion excludes devices in the Enhanced and Entry ranges (for the avoidance of doubt, Intent 3 and 4, Jet/Jet PX 1 and 2, Own/Own SI 3 and 4, and Exceed 3 are not included). ​ 

    7. Discount not available in conjunction with any other discount or bonus offer.  ​ ​ 

    8. This product is not available for purchase by the general public without a consultation with a hearing healthcare professional. ​
