The prices of hearing aids vary greatly between entry level hearing aid models to premium level hearing aid models. The prices are dependent on a number of factors which may include the technological features, model, type chosen, size and how well the hearing aid performs in challenging listening environments. Remember that you will be using the hearing device/s every day for 7 days a week, so it is important to invest in a hearing aid that helps you reach your maximum hearing potential, as recommended by your highly trained clinician.

Depending on the type of hearing aid, the cost will usually include:

  • The hearing aid consultation
  • Professional fitting and follow up service to ensure you are happy with the settings of the hearing aid.
  • You have a 30 day right of return period in addition to your statutory consumer law rights.

Are there any funding options available?

If you are concerned about the cost of hearing aids, you may be eligible for subsidised services or various funding options, which could assist in making hearing solutions more affordable for you.  We also encourage you to check with your private health insurance provider for your entitlements on audiology.
