Competition Terms and Conditions

1. By entering into the Audika’s ‘Refer a Friend’ Competition (“this Competition”), you agree that information as to how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions, and that entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 26 years or over who are either: (a) an existing client of Audika Australia who refers a friend to Audika under this Competition (a “Referrer”); or (b) a person referred by a Referrer (a “Referred Friend”), together the “Eligible Entrants”.
2. A Referred Friend must never have previously received services from a clinic trading under the Audika brand or from an Audika Australia clinician, including services provided by Sonic Innovations Pty Ltd trading as Audika Australia. A Referrer must be an existing client who has previously received such services.
3. Employees, directors and management of Audika (or any of its related entities) and their immediate families, and its agencies associated with the competition are ineligible.
4. A Referrer cannot refer themselves. Each person may only be referred once; if a person is referred by more than one Referrer, only the first valid referral received will be counted.
1. This Competition commences at 9.00am AEST on 1st September 2026 and closes at 11.59pm AEDT on 30 November 2026 (“Competition Period”).
2. An Eligible Appointment includes a hearing check with an Audika clinician (“Eligible Appointment”). The Eligible Appointment must be the Referred Friend’s first appointment with Audika. For the avoidance of doubt, maintenance appointments are not eligible appointments.
3. To be automatically entered into this Competition, a Referrer must refer a Referred Friend to Audika during the Competition Period, and the Referred Friend must book and attend an Eligible Appointment at any Audika clinic operating in Australia (“Participating Clinic”) during the Competition Period. Once the Referred Friend attends the Eligible Appointment, both the Referrer and the Referred Friend will each receive one (1) entry into the draw.
4. Bookings that are made and cancelled during the Promotional Period will be excluded from the Competition.
5. A Referrer may refer more than one friend during the Competition Period; however, each Referrer will only receive one (1) entry into the draw regardless of how many friends they refer. Each Referred Friend is limited to one (1) entry.
1. Ten (10) winners will be the first ten (10) valid entries drawn from all valid entries received nationally during the Competition Period (each a “Winner”).
2. The draw will take place at Audika, Level 5, 11 Khartoum Road, Macquarie Park NSW on Thursday 3rd December at 11am (AEST).
3. Each Winner will be notified by phone and in writing within two (2) business days of the draw and their last name, first initial and postcode will be published on the Audika website (Audika.com.au) and on other social media channels on or by 9 December 2026.
4. Audika may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case any Winner is ineligible. In the event of a Winner being ineligible/unable to satisfy these Terms and Conditions, Audika reserves the right to award that Prize to the Eligible Entrant whose entry was drawn next in reserve.
5. A re-draw for any unclaimed Prize may take place on 15th Dec 2026 at the same time and place as the draw stipulated above, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winner of any re-draw will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw and their last name, first initial and postcode will be published on the Audika website (Audika.com.au).
6. Audika’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

2. Redemption and general use of a Prize is subject to any terms and conditions imposed by Giftbee relevant to the Winner. For the avoidance of doubt, the Winner shall be responsible for any other costs incurred by them in redeeming or using the Prize.
3. The total value of the Prizes in this Competition is AUD$5000.
4. Acceptance of a Prize shall be at the Winner’s own risk.
5. A Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. A Prize is not redeemable for cash or other goods and services, except as provided for in these terms and conditions.
6. Audika will not be held responsible or liable for Prizes that are delayed, lost, misdirected, or not delivered.
7. Audika does not accept liability for any expenses incurred by a Winner in redeeming a Prize.
8. In the event that a Prize (or any part of a Prize) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Audika’s control, Audika may substitute that prize (or the relevant part) with a prize of equal or greater value subject to any contrary direction from a regulatory authority.
1. By entering this Competition, you agree that the decisions of Audika in all matters regarding this Competition are final and binding.
2. Except where legally prohibited, acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Audika to use the Winner’s name, photograph and/or voice in promotional material.
3. By participating and entering the competition, you agree that Audika collects your personal information in order to conduct the Competition and may collect, store and use the personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.
4. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or any other social media channels.
5. Audika reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Competition. Audika reserves the right to modify the rules of the Competition in any way or at any time, as long as reasonable notice is given. This clause is subject to applicable laws and directions from a regulatory authority.
6. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, Audika does not warrant or guarantee the fitness for purpose, merchantability, functionality or suitability of any prize.
7. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded (such as the statutory consumer guarantees contained in the Australian Consumer Law) the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees, related companies and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any other loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including (but not limited to): (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) if the entrants appointment is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (g) use of a prize.
8. This Competition shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
