My treatment (wax suction) was carried out by Ivan very competently. He was painstaking in explaining the procedure and checking that I was comfortable throughout. He was an excellent communicator, which is very important and we had a pleasant conversation beyond the confines of the treatment. Consequently, this was an enjoyable and positive experience.
