How can I earn Qantas Points with Audika?

You can earn Qantas Points with Audika in 2 ways:

1. New clients earn 1,000 points for a completed hearing test OR hearing screen with Audika (“New Client Offer”) where they book their hearing appointment. Refer to clauses 3 and 4 in the Qantas points full terms and conditions for further information regarding who is considered to be a new client. Click here for full terms and conditions. 

2. Earn 1 point per $1 of out of pocket spend on any hearing aid/s purchased at any Audika clinic in Australia.

Can I earn Qantas Points on accessories that I use with my hearing aid/s?

No, Qantas Points can only be earnt on the out of pocket spend when purchasing eligible hearing aid/s. Any spend on accessories (including battery charging units and remote controls), assisted listening devices, batteries and/or maintenance, consumables, spare parts, Premier Care and any other service charges is excluded from the offer. 

 

Do I need to be a member of Qantas Frequent Flyer to earn points? 

Yes you do, and the great news is that as an Audika client you can join for free (usually $99.50 if you sign up on qantas.com) by clicking here. Join today to become a Qantas Frequent Flyer member and reward your hearing health! Free membership offer not available to our employees.


Are there ongoing membership fees with my Qantas Frequent Flyer membership? 

No, there are no ongoing annual Qantas Frequent Flyer membership fees. Refer to the full Qantas Frequent Flyer Terms and Conditions on their website. 

 

When do I need to provide my Frequent Flyer number? 

You must provide your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number at the time of your hearing screen or hearing test appointment or when you purchase your hearing aid/s (as applicable).

 

What if I've forgotten my Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number? 

You are unable to earn Qantas Points if you cannot produce your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number at the time of your hearing screen or hearing test appointment or purchase of hearing aid/s (as applicable).

If you access your emails from a smartphone, check for an email from Qantas Frequent Flyer, as your membership number is included at the top of the email. You can also find your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number (and points balance) on the Qantas app.

 

How long will it take until I receive my Qantas Points?

Qantas Points may take up to 60 days from your hearing screen or hearing test appointment or us receiving full payment from you for your hearing aid/s (as applicable) to appear in your Qantas Frequent Flyer account.


How can I earn and use my Qantas Points?

Qantas Frequent Flyer members can earn points in a number of ways - whether you're buying your groceries, shopping online, paying with a credit card, dining out, flying for business or pleasure.

What if I think I haven’t received my points?

You should contact the clinic that you visited for your hearing screen or test or where you purchased your hearing aid/s. Find the contact details of your clinic here.

You will need to provide us with the following information to allow us to investigate:

1. Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number and full name
2. Audika clinic name
3. Date of hearing screen or hearing test appointment or purchase of hearing aid/s (as applicable)
4. $ amount of purchase (if applicable)

What if I have a question about my Qantas Frequent Flyer Membership?
